LONDOX, March 16.
The House of Commons, by 203 votes to 58, rejected Mr. Graham White's motion urging the Government to submit to the World Economic Conference proposals for an all-round reduction of tariffs and the removal of other restrictions on trade; also urging'the'Government to initiate the formation of * group of free trade or low tariff courttries and arrange necessary modifications of most-favoured-natiqn 'treaties*
