FIRE IN MATCH FACTORY
SEVERAL OTHERS MISSING

VANCOUVER, March 15,
At Hull, Quebec,, six girl^ were burned to dfiath when the Canada Match Factory was gutted by fire following an explosion on Wednesday. From three to eight persona are missing. Roaring up from the mixing tank the explosion caught fifteen girls;: and in a few minutes the building was a mass of flames. Twelve employees are in hospital. Tho danger of the fire spreading vanished by noon.
