AH books and sample-packets and newspapers must be posted at this office HALF AN HOUR before the time of closing ordinary letter-malls. Books, sample packets, and newspaper malls close at Wellington East (C.3) and To Aro (C.2) Post Offices at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2.30 p.m., 4 p.m., and 5 p.m. daily.
