AUSTRALIAN TRAWLER'S OUTSIDE HAUL
(Received March 10, 9 a.m.) CANBERRA, This, Day. An official proclamation today exempts from primage duty fish caught by Australian trawlers outside Australian waters. The proclamation is tha sequel to a trawler's operations in New Zealand waters which raised official doubts as to whether their catches were liable to primage.
