BREAKING AND ENTERING CHARGE

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TE AROHA, This Day. William Holdcroft, a farmer, of Wairakau, was committed for trial by Mr. F. W. Platts, S.M., yesterday on a charge of breaking and entering the premises of the Te.Aroha and Thames, Valley Co-op. Dairy Company at Te Aroha. ,' The accused was discovered by the company's manager in the factory on the night of February 16, and evidence was given that he was changing a sample of his own pream which had been taken from his supplies to the factory for another sample of rich cream found in his possession.
