United Press Association—By Electric Telecraph—Copyright. (Received March 10, 11 a.m.) ' BERLIN, March 9. Fifteen Storm Troopers marched to the Bourse and demanded that the Board of Control immediately resign. The Board unanimously refused, declaring that they will only accept the orders of the supreme authorities. Most of the shares subsequently fell. At Munich Captain Roehm, Herr Hitler's Chief of Staff, escorted by Storm Troops, presented the Bavarian Premier, Herr Held, with an ultimatum demanding the appointment of a State Commissioner. Cabinet hastily assembled. In the meantime the Nazi, General yon Epp,' arrived by aeroplane from Berlin with an order in his pocket, appointing him Commissioner. Cheering Storm Troopers welcomed him at the aerodrome. The Cabinet, fearing a demonstration, resigned, leaving General yon Epp in control, pending a new Government in which the Nazis will predominate.
