BIG BRIDGE PARTY
ST. PATRICK'S - COLLEGE
The large assembly Hall at St. Patrick's College, Silver-stream, with its beautiful Gothic windows, was well filled with visitors on Saturday evening when a bridge party was held at the college to raise funds towards the laying down of a new tennis court Pedestals draped in. blue and white the college colours, were surmounted ,by largo bowls of hydrangeas, and in each window niche stood a bowl of the same lovely coloured flowers.; ihe guests were received by the Hector, the Rev. Father Dowliua, S M and tho priests of the college; and SJ ?Md S6niOr as usneis. Supper was served in the boys' dining room, where polyanthus roses decorated the long tables Thk room was of particular Interest to £ visitors, because of tho array of cups, pS'thefe/011686^0*0^ & MIS.
