TITAHI GOLF CLUB
SUCCESSFUL YEAR
There was a large attendance of members at the annual meeting of the Titahi Golf Club on Saturday .night. The report' and balance-sheet, which showed the club to be in a flourishing position, were adopted. Election of officers resulted as follows:— President,. Mr. S. Brice; vice-presidents, Messrs. A. Moore and A. Lulham; club captain, Mr. D. A. P. Crombie; committee, Messrs. W. Hustler Smith, T. H. R. Boon R. . Caughley, C. Stone, R. S. Alwardj hon. auditor, Mr. J. Ferguson. It was decided to open the season on March 11. A special vote of thanks was passed to }■ ?■ aloott i secretary of the club, tor the efficient manner in which he had carried out his duties during the past A bogey competition played during the weekend by the Titahi Golf Club resulted as follows:-J F. Pym (3), all. square; M. R. Moore (4), R. F. Aitken (10), and A. Moore (12), 1 down. Pym's round of 75 under the very stormy conditions was a particularly good effort.
