(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) : PALMEBSTON N., This Day.. The eleventh annual conference of the 53rd (New Zealand) District of the Rotary International opened today. Delegates were present from all parts of the Dominion. The Botary International was officially represented by Mr. Gr. P. Birks, of Sydney, vice-presidents The gathering included Mr. H. Valder, retiring district governor. The delegates were welcomed by, Mr. "W. G. Black, president of the Palmerston North Club.
