(Received February 27, 2 p.m.) _ BEELIN, February 26. ■ After a nineteen hours' rail journey over snow-covered country Mr. Stanley Bruce, the first Australian Cabinet Minister officially to visit Berlin, arrived from Geneva. He was welcomed at the station by.Sir Horace Bumbold, the entire staff of the British Embassy, and the Foreign Secretary, Baron yon JNeurath, and his wife, and Graf Bassewitz, head of the Press Department, on. behalf of the German Government. Sir Horace Kumbold's guests at a dinner in honour of Mr. Bruce tonight included Baron and Baroness yon Neurath, Graf Bassewitz, representing President Hindenburg and Herr Hitler, General- Eunstedt, Marshal of the Diplomatic- Corps, Admiral Eaeder and Graf Nicholas Zadohna, ex-captain of the raider Moewe. The ceremony of handing over the name plate of the j cruiser Emden.has been fixed for U. 30 ! a.m. pn Monday. j
