GRAND OPERA HOUSE RIGHT-OF-WAY

(To the Editor.)

Sir,—l wish to "draw the attention of the City Council^ and the owners of the Grand Opera Houb| to the condition Of the right-of-way on the. west side of the building. After a performance, especially in wet -weather, it is positively dangerous for those who have to negotiate this lane of potliolcs to reach their cars left at the garage at the rear. I trust that the publication of my letter will stir up the joint owners of this right-of-way to action. It would not bo very expensive to have the potholes filled in and a surface coating given.—l am, etc., KICKED ANKLE.
