PLANS WITH CROUPIER

I According to a Christchurch report, Croupier, who is'at present idling away' his time at Blenheim, is to be transferred to C. Emerson at Riccarton as soon as his term of disqualification expires in October.

Present arrangements, the report states, are that his previous trainer, T. R. George, shall look after him during his enforced idleness. It is not permissible to place him in an actual training establishment while he carries his present taint. AH going well he will be nominated for events at Ashburton to be decided after October, provided of.course the necessary permission is obtained from the New Zealand Racing Conference.
