A special Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Express" states that the ex-Kaiser's wife, when on a week's visit there, saw Dr. yon Papen, who iB said to have assured Princess Hermione that he was doing everything in* his power to bring the ex-Kaiser back. Later Bhemet HTerr .Adolf Hitler at a dinner party. He is said to have declared that much as he respected tho House of Hohenzollera. and revered their deeds on behalf of the Fatherland, he felt that the time for the restoration of the ex-Kaiser was not ripe.
