TELEGRAPH OPERATORS

(Received February 16, S a.m.) MEXICO CITY, February 14. The national telegraph employees here ceased work on Tuesday afternoon, holding up the Government telegraph and radio systems. It is reported that the telegraph workers throughout Mexico are engaged in a strike against a proposed combination of the telegraph and postal system . which the telegraphers assert, wouldeliminate many employees.
