PHILADELPHIA, February 9. ,; '•■ A new fad of the American-rich is to show the unemployed how low living expenses can be made. Governor Pinehot, of Pennsylvania, entertained at dinner fifty guests, including Mrs. Franklin Roosevelt, at a total cost of six cents (3d) for each diner. 7 . '.' - The menu comprised bean soup, corn bread, cabbage rolls, onions, spinach, Hamburger steak, and apple salad.
