DISCIPLINE OF TROOPS
BILL IN HOUSEOF COMMONS
(Received February 15, 10 a.m.) LONDON, February 14. The House of Commons, by 159 votes to 30, passed the second-reading of the Visiting Forces (British Commonwealth) Bill. Major Duff-Cooper, Financial Secretary to the, War Office, described the Bill as necessary owing to the changed relations between Britain and the Dominions as the result of the Statute of Westminster. The Bill ensured that the discipline of Dominion soldiers visiting Britain and vice versa would continue. to have the sanction Of their home legislation. The Dominions had undertaken to pass similar legislation. ;
