BROKEN BYLAWS

Offenders against the bylaws were dealt with at the Magistrate's Court today and yesterday by Mr. J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M. Cyril B. Lempriere and William H. Leaving a motor-car not under proper control cost John R. Gentry 10s. A fine of 5s was imposed on William G. Henley for permitting a chimney to catch fire. George E.
