FINED FOR ASSAULT
EX-JOCKEY HECTOR GRAYj

Hector Gray, ex-jockey, appeared at the Papakura Court this morning, and was fined £5 for assaulting Henry Feilding Gilmer at the Takanini railway station on January 23. The incident arose out of statement made by Gilmer at the hearing of ._.• Hector Gray appeal, ■ which led. to th« disqualification- being increased from three years to life. —
