(Received February 15, 2 p.m.) LONDON, February 14. The "Sun" learns that it is practically certain that-Mr. Mac Donald will almost immediately pay a short visif to President-elect Roosevelt. Mr". MacDonald's journey wiE be not to negotiate a debt settlement, but to attempt to reach an understanding on the true relation of the war debts to the world depression. ' "The Times" urges ,Mr. Mac Donald to go further, but the other papers oppose it. '-
