(Received Ist February, 8 a.m.) MELBOUE^E, 31st January. The chairman of the Board of Control, Dr. Kobertson, stated on. his return from Sydney that they had had a most satisfactory meeting and there had been no dissension. Those delegates who were not at Adelaide when the first cable was sent to the M.C.C. were satisfied with the action taken.
