WILSON'S CEMENT.
The reopening of the works of Wilson's (N.Z.) Portland Cement Company, Limited,\ at Portland, has been fixed for 13th February. The, works were closed down prior to Christmas holidays, when all the bins were full. Shipments of cement have not been as heavy as was expected since the holidays, with the result that the bins are not sufficiently emptied to permit of the re-opening of the works to-day, as was anticipated.
