The tropical cyclone is still located northeast of the Bay of Plenty, and strong east to south-west. winds have prevailed north of Kawhla and Glsborae, accompanied by rath at places. Elsewhere the weather has continued to be fine and warm, with light to moderate northerly winds ruling. The effect of the northern nvejone has been to delay the advance of a depiission from tho western Tasman Sea.
