POWER BOARD ECONOMISES
(By Telegraph.—Press Association ) ' • EKETAHUNA, 20th December The Tararua Power Board yesterday reviewed its staffing, and made reductions of approximately .5 per cent, in its clerical, and -management departments, and 8 per cent, in-the engineering department, the reduction involving the whole staff. The outside men will be required to stand d6wn one day a week. The total saving will be £300 a' year. .. . ;'..- : , . ' . ' •
