KREUGER'S BROTHER
FRAUDULENT BANKRUPTCY
SENTENCE IMPOSED

STOCKHOLM, 18th December.
Torstea Kreuger was convicted of fraudulent bankruptcy and sentenced to three and a half years' imprisonment, and ordered to buy back bonds from certain holders at the original prices. Torsten Kreuger was charged last October with fraud in connection, -with the_ Hogbrof ors Woodplup Company, of which he was a director. He endeavoured to pass on the responsibility for the manipulations to'his dead brother.
