MAETON, This Day. A Coroner's Court was engaged all day yesterday investigating the circumstances of a fire in a dwelling owned and occupied, by Mrs. G. T. Avery. Senior-Detective Quirke, of Palmerston North, appeared for the police, and Mrs. Avery was represented by counsel.
