EAST GIRLS' COLLEGE
ANNUAL SPORTS
The weather was liuu but windy for the annual'sports of the Wellington East ttirls'- College, which were held yesterday on the college ground. There was a largo attendance of parents and friends of the girls, and much interest was taken in the events by all. June Mitchell won the senior championship with 9 points, and Ngaire Larkin was runner-up with 5. The junior championship was won by Mavis Scott with 9 points, Joan Wood, 4 points, being runner-up.
