MR. GULLETT MAY RESIGN
CANBEEEA, 27th October. Mr. H. S. Gullett, Minister of Customs, has suffered a complete breakdown in health sinco^his return from the Ottawa Conference, and is unable to attends Parliament. This is holding up the debate on the Ottawa agreements. I"ears are expressed that his condition is so serious that he may bo compelled to resign from the Ministry.
