NAPIER, This Day.

The information was dismissed b^ Mr. J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M., this morning when George Bruce Bolt, aero pilot, of Wellington, was charged with plying for hire with an aeroplane at Napier on Sunday. His Worship pointed out that Magistrates in other part's of -the Dominion had given varying decisions on similar r-ases, and he said he was not prepared to add'another. In his opinion, the case should go before a higher Court for a definite ruling.

It is expected that the police "will apfieal.".-
