STRIKE CALLED
TOKIO TRAFFIC WORKERS AUTHORITIES ACTIVE (Received 26th October, 9 a.m.) TOKIO, 25th October ; The TrafSc Workers' Union has called a strike in connection with the municipal tramways and motor-bus service to-morrow. Efforts at compromise failed. During the week the police arrest•d scores of agitators and mobilised ten thousand to guard the car sheds.
