FAREWELLED AT AUCKLAND ■■ (By Telegraph.—Press Association-) AUCKLAND, 25th October. A crowd of about 250 persons gathered on the King's Wharf to farewell the Melanesian Mission's new. vessel Southern Cross, which left shortly after noon for the islands of Melanesia.
