DELHI, 10th October.

It is learned on good authority that Mr. Gandhi will not be released from prison to participate in the negotiations to reach a Hindu-Moslem agreement, though . facilities may bo given him to see selected leaders.

There has been considerable agitation to secure Mr. Gandhi's release for this purpose, but the Government la resolved that there can be no questsll °f releasing any Congress leaders till Congress calls off the civil disobedience campaign.
