The wedding was, soleni'msed at St. [R-eter's ,Chu\chwp£ Margaret Evelyn (Eefaj/v.aaughter'of' Miv. J.iE. F..Perry, to.Jack Riddiford, elder son of Mr. and Mrs. M. G. Phelan, of Oriental Bay. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a simple high-necked frock of parchment,, satin, moulded to the figure, the. skirt forming, a train. Her beautiful hand-worked veil of Brussels lace was caught back ■ from the face with two tiny clusters of orange blossoms, ana- she ■carriea"'a sheaf of pink tulips and blue forget-me-nots. She was attended, by .Miss. JBarbara Joyce Phelan, the small sister of ths bridegroom, who wore a charming frock of palest ph\k marie,tte| ankle length, -with puff sleeves, and' a ■fitting' bodice. The full skirt had ruchings of pink satin to the waist, and she wore a Juliet cap of blue forget-me-nots. Miss Dorothy Perry was a flower grrl in.-'-a pale blue mariette 'frpek made Victorian fashion with tinySyoke, puff .sleeves, and graduated frills to the -waist, and she "wore a wreath of blue velvet flowers round her .head, ! Both children wore ,pale blue .mittens,. arvd,>carried posies of pale pink rosebuds arid forget-me-nots.
