NO DOOR CLOSED TO PEACE
MR. O'KELLY CONFIRMS VIEW
(British Official Wireloss.) (Received 30th August, 11 a.m.) ' RUGBY, 29th August. Mr. Seau O'Kelly and thirteen other members of the Irish Free Stale delegation to Ottawa reached Southampton this afternoon. In aa interview, My. O 'Kelly referred to his frequent informal conversations with the Dominions Secretary, Mr. J. H. Thomas, on the Irish question. He agreed with Mr. Thomas that no door Lad been closed to peace, and in his opinion there was a jnuch better atmosphere of friendliness as the result of their deliberations. . . ,
