Mr. Seau O'Kelly and thirteen other members of the Irish Free Stale delegation to Ottawa reached Southampton this afternoon. In aa interview, My. O 'Kelly referred to his frequent informal conversations with the Dominions Secretary, Mr. J. H. Thomas, on the Irish question.
