TRENTHAM CANDIDATES

The Trontham horses for the Manawatu Hunt Club's Meeting on Saturday will not be leaving till Friday. The centre,has seven representatives—Mr. W. H. Ballinger's Koyal Game, Black Mint, Flower, and Purse; Messrs. N. E. Ait-ken and H. P. Woods's Solitaire II and Maypay; and Mrs. G. Templeton's Bright Song.
The two novice hurdlers, Royal Game and Bright Song, who will be making their debut over f.ences on Saturday, will be given their final schooling tomorrow" morning. A. Skipper -will be on the former and A. Jenkins probably on the latter at the week-end. Black Mint, who has recently been, tried over the schooling fences, is to be kept to flat racing at Awapuni and at Marton the following Saturday.
