RUGBY, 11th August,
At Southampton this week-end eleven liners are scheduled to arrive or depart carrying over .70,000 passengers on holiday cruises.
The growing popularity of holiday cruises in. British vessels is shown by the announcement that 75 trips will bo made during the remainder of the season. The majority will start from Southampton, the Mersey, and the Thames. The cruises range from trips round the British Isles to visits to northern capitals,. Spain, the Mediterranean, and a round-tho-world journey.
