SOMERSET DEFEATED

LONDON, 12th August. The All-India cricket team defeated Somerset by 163 runs. All-India's second innings was declared closed at 234: for seven wickets (Nayudu 130 not out). The county's . second innings yielded 179 r«ng, Nayudu taking four wickets for 39 runs, and Godambe four for 47. .
