CHBISTCHTJKCH, This Day.
A complete investigation of the system adopted by the Labour Department in issuing ration tickets in. Christchurch is to be made by the Unemployment Board as the result of numerous complaints of the operation of the system having been made to the Minister. • Mr. J. S. Jessep, deputy chairman of the board,, will visit Christehurch shortly to discuss the position with the citizens' committee and others interested in the problem.
