Miss Beauty- and Beauty Spot both saw the racecourse,'but neither ever filled a place. Town Belle, an older full-sister to Towp Beauty, is now undergoing a preparation for racing at Ellerslie. Town Beauty waa bred by Mr. T. Hinton, but he has done all his\ racing in the colours of his present owner, Mr. C. Wallace, of Papatoetoe. He was three times second in the last three of six starts last season (including a second to Billy Boy in the AJt.C. Hunt Cup), and in a dozen starts this season was twice a winner at the Auckland Winter Meeting (including the A.R.C. Hunt Cup) and was three times placed at the recent Wellington Meeting (including a second half, a head behind Nukumai.in -the' July Steeples).
