DUNEDIN, This Day. As a result of representations of the New Zealand 'Returned Soldiers' Association tho Government has decided to givo Imperial pensioners resident in New Zealand the benefit of exchange and to make it retrospective from January, 1930, in the form of au additional instalment for each six months* while in future half-yearly payments will be computed on the aver3go_ rate of exchange for each period. It is understood that the amount involved in the adjustment is £75,000.
