Just prepare this simple mixture at home, which quickly darkens the hair and makes it soft and glossy. To seven (7) ounces of water add 1 ounce of Bay Rum and a %-ounce bos of Orlej Compound, and a %-ounce of Glycerine. The ingredients can be purchased at any chemist's at trifling cost, and mixed at home to save unnecessary expense. Apply to the hair twice a week until the desired shade is obtained.
