MELBOUENE, This Day. -

A charge of bigamy was preferred against Henry Russell, aged twentyfour, husband of Ivy Russell, twentyseven1, whoso body, with those of her two 'children, was found in "the Sunshine swimming' pool.

Th'o police believe that in a iit of despair Mrs. Russell wheeled the perambulator containing the children into the water and jumped in aftor them.
