" AJOTICE is hereby-given: that -at- a -*-1 Special Meeting- of the- Wellington City .Council; held ;6n: the 27th*May" 1932 the following resolution was passed:— That the Wellington City-Council, pur-, suant to the provisions of the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926,/ The Municipal-Corpora-tions Act 1920 and their respective-Amend-ments, and in. pursuance of an Order-in-Council dated the 20th day of May-1932 gazetted in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the 26th day of May 1932 at page 1332 and in "pursuance and exercise' of every other Act and authority, in that behalf it enabling doth, hereby resolve by way of Special' Order as follows:—l. That a special loan of Three thousand five hundred pounds (£3,500) to be known ai-"The Wellington City Cemetery Loan Repayment Loan (1907) Renewal Loan 1932" fee raised by the Wellington.City Council for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in.respect of a loan of Sis-thous-and pounds (£6,000) maturing on the-20th day of December 1932. 2. That the rate of interest on the said loan be not exceeding Five.pounds. (£5) per centum per annum payable half-yearly on- the -20th day of June and the 20th day of December in each year. during the currency of the loan being a-period of seven (7) years from ,the 20th day of December 1932; 3. That'a Sinking Fund of Four, pounds (£4) per centum per annum be established in connection with the said loan. - 4 That the security for-the interest, sinking fund and other charges and repayment of the Said loan be a special rate; of One twohundredths of a penny (l/200d) jn the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City of Wellington.
