That a special loan of Three thousand five hundred pounds (£3,500) to be known ai-"The Wellington City Cemetery Loan Repayment Loan (1907) Renewal Loan 1932" fee raised by the Wellington.City Council for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability in.respect of a loan of Sis-thous-and pounds (£6,000) maturing on the-20th day of December 1932. 2. That the rate of interest on the said loan be not exceeding Five.pounds. (£5) per centum per annum payable half-yearly on- the -20th day of June and the 20th day of December in each year. during the currency of the loan being a-period of seven (7) years from ,the 20th day of December 1932; 3.
