''-' • Morris Sydney Norman Isaacs, a motor body painter, aged 22, who was stated by Senior-Sergeant Scott to have robbed a man who'gave him a night's lodging, was sentenced'to one month's imprisonment oh a .charge, of stealing -Clothing' valued at £2 los'6d-and 2s 0d in money. . ; A remand until to-morrow, was granted in the cases of Cyril John Hawke, a plumber, aged 29, and Herbert Maurice Flynn, -who were, cliarged with fighting in Vivian street. Flynn' was also remanded on a charge of using obscene language. Mr. Page fixed bail at the deposit of £3 in each case, or a bond and surety of ' £3.
