by the club, which will supply and service all 'planes.
(4) Maintenance of buildings and ground, extension of grass, bitumen, and additional accommodation to be undertaken by the coun'gil.
(5) Admission free for members and friends; parking free for members.
However, in view of a statement made tha,t the council only wanted to get sufficient rent from the aerodrome to pay the actual expenses for upkeep, exclusive of interest on capital, the executive has .made an alternative offer; the main points of which are:
(1) That for twelve months the club should be responsible for the cost of maintaining the aerodrome, including fencing, buildings, and flower beds.
(2) The club, as a guarantee of good faith, will deposit a bond of £.500 as a r.urety that it will hand the ground over at the end of the period in tho same condition as when taken over, tho Department of Agriculture being suggested as arbitrator in this regard; the club, furthermore, to obtain advice on all questions pertaining to the upkeep of the pasture of the aerodrome from that Department
