"Pat."—The BUI has not passed tho Legislative Council, and its final form is therofore uncertain, but as It left tho Houso of Representatives it provided that rents should bo'reduced by 20 per cent, of tho amount charged on Ist January, 1930. Tho landiar* must reduce to this rate unless the i Magistrate upholds an appeal against the reduction. Unless there Is a lease, however, the landlord can require a tenant to leave after giving notfee.
