RUGBY, 27th April. j The General Council of the Trade : Union Congress has appointed Mr.'.T. Bromley, chairman, and Mr." Walter Citrine, general secretary, as advisers to accompany the Government delegation to advise on industrial questions at tho Ottawa Conference.
