PETONE COURT

Mr. W. H. Woodward, S.M., dealt with cases, in the Magistrate's Court at Petone yesterday. j Oh a charge of driving without a licence C. McLean was fined 10s. For speeding J. Innes was fined 10s. D. J. Corser was fined 10s for carrying fotir people on a motor-cycle at Muritai. Jessie Hannah was fined 10s for failing to keep to the left.

For driving a motor-car at a. speed which might have been dangerous, E. Sandford was fined 10s. On a charge of failing to stop at a constable's signal, he was convicted and ordered to pay costs.

R. C. C. Clarke was fined 10s for driving in a manner which might have been dangerous, and William R. Jessop was fined a similar amount for driving at a speed which, might have been dangerous.
