The Okarito Five Mile Beach Gold Dredging Co. reports wash-up for week ended Saturday, 440z 9dwt for 129% hours' dredging.
Golden Terrace Extended Gold Dredging Company reports, a wash-up of 660z 6dwt for four days' dredging in solid ground. The wash is improving, and much higher returns a*e anticipated. . Golden Dawn has telegraphed the Wellington Stock 'Exchange"as "follows:—39B ■tons treated, covering 15 working days ending 18th April. Battery' assay value at 92 per cent., extraction £1120; bullion recovered value £840, with further recovery to come. Last consignment bullion realised, £5 13s,per gold ounce.
