ADDRESS ON LAND QUESTION.

Under the auspices of the Citizens' National Movement, the organiser, Mr. E. W. Nicolaus,, will deliver a public address in the Town Hall to-morrow njght at 8 o'clock, the subject being "The Futility of the Present System of Party Government, Unemployment, nnd its Relation to the Land Question." The permanent return of the country's prosperity is vitally linked up with the land question, so the' Citizens' National Movement affirms, the present divorce from the land being primarily responsible for the steadily increasing number of unemployed. This question is correlated with. taxation, and how to remedy matters will form portions of Mr. Nicolaus's. address.
