BILL BECOMES LAW (British Official Wireless.) i (Received 26th April, 1 p.m.) RUGBY, 25th April. Ihc House of Lords met specially to-day to pass the President of the Board of Trade Bill through all its stages to enable Mr. Runciman to take his placo again in tho House of Commons. Afterwards a Royal Commission sat and signified Royal Assent to the Act.
